We hosted both the UK's first mixed-race youth regional and national conferences and put together the Mix-d: uk photobook and gallery exhibition on mixed-race identity.

We held the UK's first mixed-race model contest in 2010 - Mix-d: Face with repeated success in 2011.

When we first developed the ‘Mix-d:’ concept back in 2007 our aim was to create a logo which was strong, unique, and favourable. At the same time it was important to establish a brand symbol which could stand alone and represent mixed-race experiences.
