Mix-d: are working to produce an accessible and user-friendly book for those raising or planning to raise mixed-race children. This will combine guidance from professionals with experiences, thoughts and feelings collected directly from parents and carers.

It will take an in-depth look at the issues frequently experienced by mixed-race children, including medical and cultural issues.

The book will provide a resource for parents and children to learn together. It will also be an incredibly useful document in light of the current changes in adoption guidelines implemented by the Department of Education creating an important resource for the mixed-race adoption process.
