The Obama argument tires me out to be honest.  To me he is a ‘brother’ who is representing all of us.  I am fully aware of his heritage but its almost like a tug of war of who he is and what his allegiance should be.

John Amaechi hit it on the head really and I guess that is why it can get hurtful and insulting and disrespectful.  I think that it is ignorant for a black person to call a Mix-d person white because they themselves should know that physically they are not.  But sometimes I’m not being funny, some black people like to monopolise on what is black and who is black.
