How we work

We stimulate discussion and seek shared understandings about mixed-race identities and mixed-race experiences.

We research by:

Listening to old and young people’s view on the subject

Conducting ongoing and detailed dialogue with other groups working in this area

Holding continuous discussions and identifying the shared needs of professionals across multiple disciplines

We deliver by:

Developing workshops with young people in schools and community projects

Creating individual bespoke packages for professionals and organisations

Sharing our findings with Carers/Parents groups

Hosting Regional & National Youth Conferences

Running bespoke professional workshops

Training young people to become peer mentors and carry the discussion forward

Producing multi-agency resources
